Speaker: Colin Bachelor, M.I.Mech. E., B.Sc. (Eng)., Hons., A.C.G.I.
Colin is a Chartered Mechanical Engineer with over twenty-five years international business experience. He has been involved in numerous management led turnarounds with small and medium sized businesses. He is a Director of Phetiso Enterprise Development (Pty) Limited, a company that specialises in business development for SME’s.
Description: There is no shortage of advice and assistance for starting a small business, but what do you do if your established business loses money and starts to get into difficulty? With particular emphasis on the special circumstances of a small business owner. This practical talk will offer advice on how to avoid common mistakes and what to do when faced with an impending crisis.
Cost: R50 for TMA members, R100 per person for non-members.
Snacks will be served and a cash bar will be available.
